Attorney Christina Mesa is certified as a statewide civil circuit and county court mediator. She performs mediation services in civil, county, circuit, and pre-suit matters.
Minimum Fee:
There is a two hour minimum fee for each session.

Travel:
If necessary, Mrs. Mesa will travel to your location. If travel is required, session hours are billed at the full, applicable rate. Please call to discuss rates and terms, which will be arranged by agreement.
Cancellations:
We require a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled mediation time. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled mediation, the minimum two hour mediation fee will be charged.
Billing:
Payment is expected at the end of the mediation session, unless other arrangements are made. Invoices for mediation fees will also be presented to the parties.
